We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Jewelry Consultant to deliver a high-quality shopping experience for our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients choose pieces that celebrate life’s meaningful moments while achieving personal and team sales goals. This role requires a blend of product expertise, polished service, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Guide clients through jewelry selection based on their preferences, needs, and occasions.
Provide detailed product information including gemstone types, cuts, clarity, and metal properties.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and store performance goals.
Handle purchases, custom orders, returns, and repairs efficiently.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
Ensure displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and clean.
Stay informed about new collections, promotions, and market trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is a plus.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Professional presentation and high attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for fine jewelry and creating memorable customer experiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Base Salary: $5,200–$9,400
Commission: Earn additional income based on monthly sales performance
